Terms of Service

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once payment succeeds and our kitchen receives it; you’ll get a confirmation with an order number.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our zones, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll be refunded in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery fees and any service fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For collection, please arrive within a reasonable time of your order being ready. For delivery, someone must be available to receive the order at the address provided. See our Delivery Policy for zones, fees and times.

Allergen and dietary information is provided on each product page for guidance. Our kitchen handles all major allergens and we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces. If you have an allergy, tell us in your order notes before ordering.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Promo codes and offers are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order unless stated otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
