Delivery Policy

We currently deliver across Coventry postcodes CV1–CV6. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm you’re in range and to see your exact delivery fee and estimated time.

Inner Coventry (CV1–CV3): delivery from £2.49, minimum order £12, typically 30 minutes. Outer Coventry (CV4–CV6): delivery from £3.49, minimum order £15, typically 45 minutes.

Estimated times are shown at checkout and on your live tracking page. They’re our best estimate and can vary with demand, weather and traffic. We’ll always keep your tracking updated as your order moves from kitchen to doorstep.

Prefer to collect? Choose Collection at checkout — there’s no delivery fee and orders are usually ready in around 20 minutes at Far Gosford Street, Coventry CV1. We’ll mark your order Ready on your tracking page.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address and that any access notes are included in your order. If our driver can’t reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and additional charges may apply.

We’re open for orders every day, 11:00–22:00. Orders placed near closing time will be prepared before we close.
